Pin with the eagle of the Polish Armed Forces in the USSR. The eagle was modelled
on the image of the eagle from the sarcophagus of Władysław Herman. In its assumptions
referred to the Piast traditions, it had no amazon shield and no crown.
It was popularly called kurica by soldiers. It was worn until the end of 1944
1944.
The pin is made from ZnAl, a zinc-aluminium alloy, stained antique silver.
