Brass mace on a wooden base. Exclusive gift
The mace - blunt weapon of Eastern origin, metal head mounted on the handle. The warhead was made of 6 to 20 feathers. Mouthpieces were used in Europe from the 10th to the 15th century, both by foot and driving, in Poland from the 16th to the 18th century it was a sign of the officer power of captains, colonels, lieutenants and ensigns - they were then usually richly decorated, with rounded feathers.
The presented item is a new Buzdygan made of brass, complete with a wooden base. Polish product.
The stem of the mace is a brass turned rod, wrapped in a decorative white-and-red cord, in the place of the handle. The head is made of 6 brass feathers - elements twisted star-shaped. The whole looks, as befits an insignia of power, majestic. High gloss polished and varnished.
Wooden board with a trapezoidal section, equipped with two padded supports with matching diameters. The whole is stained and varnished with a semi-gloss finish.
