On May 27, 1924, Minister of Military Affairs, Maj-Gen Władysław Sikorski approved the commemorative badge of "First Cadre".
In the center of the cross was placed a white eagle without a crown. The initials "J" and "P" (Józef Piłsudski) and the date "6 / VIII 1914" appear on his shoulders. This is a one-piece badge. According to Zdzisław Sawicki and Adam Wielechowski, the authors of the work on the badges of the Polish Army in 1918–1945, there were 149 of its broadcasts.
