Description of the sabre:
Handle shaft of wood, covered with black leather. Visible notches filled with brass twisted wire so-called cutlass. Closed handle with brass three-pointed hilt. Head in high-grade unhardened steel, kept in semi-matte. On the outer blade a beautiful etching: among the floral motifs the inscription "HONOR AND DAY". Attached to the handle is a decorative sling made of fabric gold ribbon, ending with a red tang - a bundle of thread.
