This item is a Spanish replica of Denix
Colta 45 Government in a spectacular delux version.
The replica is made entirely of chrome-plated ZnAl, the upholstery of the handle is the only one made of high-gloss varnished wood. A working trigger mechanism was installed, retracting the movable barrel together with the lock back allows reloading and firing the so-called dry shot. Colt has a removable magazine equipped with a pressure spring. Two of the three fuses that protect the gun are working:
- working manual fuse
- marked in the casting, inoperative external tap set to secured position
- a working grip fuse on the back of the handle, which allows the shot to be fired only when the pistol is correctly positioned in the hand (in the replica presented, you can "shoot" without pressing the grip fuse)
On the side wall of the barrel there is an inscription:
