Stanisław Taczak - the first Supreme Commander of the Greater Poland Uprising

The outbreak of the Greater Poland Uprising coincided with Stanisław Taczak's visit to Poznań. Due to his experience, organizational skills and a high degree - at that time he was a major, he headed the armed forces of the Greater Poland insurgents.

On the occasion of the upcoming 100th anniversary of Poland regaining independence, we present the Stanisław Taczak statuette.
